Business Development Associate

As a Business Development Associate at Flurn, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on enabling convenient access to holistic learning programs that nurture important 21st-century skills. Flurn is India's largest community learning company, offering a variety of programs across music, dance, sports, and fitness categories in 300+ apartment communities across 3 cities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify opportunities by prospecting and developing a target list of apartment communities for Flurn programs - Execute B2B partnerships and marketing campaigns with the identified communities - Conduct marketing activations to generate high-quality interest in Flurn programs - Convert interested customers through an omni-channel B2C sales approach - Build long-term relationships with clients to support account management - Utilize sales management tools effectively, including CRM systems, BI Dashboards, and Google Sheets Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred - High energy, never-say-die attitude with a willingness to learn rapidly - Freshers with an interest in business development and sales are encouraged to apply - Must have your own private transportation vehicle (2 wheeler preferred) for client meetings, marketing events, and prospecting - Strong negotiation and communication skills along with a passion for sales - Fluency in English, Hindi/Telugu Join Flurn's Sales & Business Development team to experience ample opportunities for learning, growth, and career development in a high-growth, high-intensity role.
