Business Development Associate (Exhibitions Industry)

We help companies create impactful, custom-designed spaces to enhance their brand presence and achieve their exhibition objectives.

Designation: Business development Associate

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive cold outreach, primarily via email and telephone, to identify companies taking part in international exhibitions who require booth design and fabrication services.
• Generate high-quality leads in the form of specific exhibition stall requirements and project briefs.
• Coordinate effectively with the in-house design team to communicate client requirements and brief the design process for custom and modular booth concepts.
• Work with the estimation and fabrication teams to prepare detailed and competitive stall design proposals and quotations.
• Present, articulate, and negotiate the proposed design and cost to prospective international clients.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed international sales and revenue targets.
• Manage client communication throughout the sales process, ensuring high levels of professionalism and responsiveness.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions to successfully close deals and secure project orders.

Skills:

• Proven track record in a Business Development, International Sales, or Account Management role, preferably within the exhibition, events, fabrication, or a related B2B service industry.
• Demonstrable experience in cold calling and professional email-based lead generation and prospecting in an international context.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
