We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic

Business Development Associate

to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for

freshers or interns

who are eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and generating leads using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Support the sales team in email campaigns and cold outreach to potential clients.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate client and sales data.
  • Participate in client calls, presentations, and follow-ups to build relationships.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and enhance outreach strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • BBA/MBA in Marketing or Sales

    (Freshers or Interns welcome).
  • Strong interest in
