We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic

Business Development Associate

to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for

freshers or interns

who are eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and generating leads using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Support the sales team in email campaigns and cold outreach to potential clients.
Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate client and sales data.
Participate in client calls, presentations, and follow-ups to build relationships.
Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and enhance outreach strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

BBA/MBA in Marketing or Sales
(Freshers or Interns welcome).
Strong interest in
business development, lead generation, and client engagement
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, email marketing, and sales outreach is a plus.
