Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Associate, located in Lucknow with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, and developing and giving presentations to potential clients. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, assisting in developing strategies to boost company revenue and market share, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations
• Experience in Lead Generation and conducting Market Research
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Proven track record in business development or sales roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Previous Agency Experience is a Must
