About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and passionate about driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
• Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and meetings to generate leads.
• Support senior business development managers in achieving sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term growth.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and pipeline updates in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business growth strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles is preferred (freshers may also apply).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
• Knowledge of the industry related to the company’s products/services.
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
• Local language proficiency for better client engagement.
