Business Development Associate (BDA)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a result-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through various channels (calls, meetings, social media, networking).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Present and pitch company products/services to potential clients.
• Meet monthly/quarterly business targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive campaigns for lead generation.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 0–2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (Freshers can apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Target-driven with a positive and confident attitude.
