Role Overview:

Business Development Associate


Key Responsibilities:

  • Explain our offerings to potential

    USA-based clients

    during virtual meetings and presentations.
  • Conduct cold calls to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets consistently.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of

    1 year of sales experience

    in a startup or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and direct client outreach.
  • Proficient in

    English (verbal and written)

    , with confidence in handling client calls and meetings.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for sales and client management.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
