Role Description

This full-time role is for a Business Development Associate, based on-site in Bhubaneswar. The BDA - IT Course Sales will be responsible for driving sales and enrolling students in our IT training programs. This role involves engaging with potential students, understanding their career goals, and providing them with tailored course recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the IT industry, and a proven track record in sales

Responsibilities

- Engage with potential students through various channels (phone, email, in-person) to understand their career goals and interests.

- Provide detailed information about our IT courses, including course content, duration, and fees.

- Recommend appropriate courses based on the individual's background and career aspirations.

- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Address any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.

- Sales Targets: - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Monitor and report on sales performance, including pipeline development and conversion rates

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in B.tech, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

- Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or counselling, preferably in the education or IT training sector.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
