Job Description

About the Role:

The role involves identifying and acquiring new clients through direct sales and outdoor field activities, promoting a variety of financial products, and maintaining strong client relationships.



Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients through direct sales and outdoor field activities.
  • Promote and sell Mutual Funds as the primary product, along with insurance, NPS, bonds, PMS, AIF, and other financial offerings.
  • Explain investment solutions clearly to clients and guide them in financial decision-making.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing after-sales service.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and business development targets.
  • Stay updated with financial market trends and product knowledge.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum graduate (Finance/Commerce background preferred).
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Prior experience in sales/finance will be an advantage.


Required Skills

  • Strong communication, persuasive ability, and relationship-building skills.
  • Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler for field sales.


Preferred Skills

  • Relevant certifications (NISM/IRDA) will be an added advantage.
