Business Development - Architect Connect

Role Overview

The Business Development Architect Connect / Interior Designer will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with architects, interior designers, and related professionals to generate business opportunities. The role involves promoting the companys products/services, understanding design requirements, and creating long-term partnerships to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

• Identify and connect with architects, interior designers, and project consultants to promote products/services.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain a database of potential and existing clients with regular follow-ups.

Business Development & Sales

• Understand client requirements and offer customized product/service solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, and design proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close deals.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Market Intelligence & Networking

• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to identify new opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine business strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns targeting design professionals.

Coordination & Project Support

• Coordinate with internal teams (design, technical, procurement) to ensure timely project execution.
• Assist clients in product selection, samples, and specifications.
• Resolve any service or quality concerns in collaboration with the operations team.

Key Skills & Competencies
