Position Overview

Senior Manager Business Development & Sales Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor sales teams to achieve business targets.
  • Identify and develop new OEM and distributor partnerships in India and abroad.
  • Manage key customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee quotation management, sales forecasting, and CRM/ERP reporting.
  • Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams for product trials and promotions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:

    B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience:

    8+ years in industrial product sales, with 5+ years in team leadership.
  • Proven exposure to

    rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, material handling, couplings)

    .
  • Strong relationships with OEMs and distributors.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
