Business development and office manager

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, onboarding clients, executing marketing strategies, and driving overall brand presence. Prior experience in the bathroom, sanitaryware, or building materials sector will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to meet sales and revenue targets.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiate contracts.
• Expand the company’s presence in new markets and verticals.

Marketing & Strategy:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital initiatives.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify market trends.
• Work closely with the sales team to design go-to-market strategies.
• Drive brand visibility through events, exhibitions, and client engagement activities.
• Prepare regular performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Experience in bathroom, sanitaryware, plumbing, or building materials industry preferred.
• Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiations, and presentations.
• Ability to identify new opportunities and create innovative marketing strategies.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
