Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to build a successful career in the luxury bath and sanitaryware industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential customers, architects, builders, and contractors for Kohler products.
• Generate and manage leads for retail and project sales.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, pricing, and order processing.
• Promote Kohler bath fittings, sanitaryware, and complete bathroom solutions to customers.
• Achieve monthly sales goals and contribute to overall business growth.
• Represent the brand professionally in exhibitions, events, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Experience: 0–2 years in sales or business development (Freshers are welcome to apply).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn about the luxury bath industry.
• Willingness to travel for client and site visits.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
• Added Advantage: Exposure or internship in sectors like sanitaryware, tiles, hardware, interiors, or building materials.

Education

• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or any related field.
• Technical or design background is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹12,385.67 - ₹41,748.33 per month
