Position: Senior Executive - Business Development & Marketing

Location: Hyderabad

This is a boutique artist and celebrity management led integrated marketing solutions company with a strong foothold in the Indian entertainment ecosystem. We specialize in curating and managing experiences across events, artist & celebrity management, endorsements, influencer marketing, ATL/BTL activations and digital campaigns. Over the last 3 years, we have worked with leading brands and clients, building memorable experiences and impactful brand stories.

We are expanding our presence across Bangalore, Delhi, and Hyderabad and are seeking experienced professionals to drive growth and strengthen our business relationships in these key markets.

Role Overview

We are looking for Senior Executive – Business Development & Marketing who will play a critical role in driving our growth by building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and pitching our service lines to brands, corporates and agencies. The role is suited for a motivated professional with prior experience in the entertainment, events, or media industry and who thrives in a fast-paced, people-driven business.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands, corporates and agencies across diverse sectors.

Pitch and present our offerings across events, artist & celebrity management, endorsements, influencer marketing, ATL/BTL activations and digital marketing solutions.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, event agencies, PR firms and media agencies.

Develop and deliver customized proposals, presentations and pitches aligned with client objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market insights to shape business strategies.

Achieve revenue and growth targets across the assigned market.

Represent the company at industry forums, networking platforms and client engagements to enhance visibility and business reach.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 3–7 years in business development, marketing or client servicing within the entertainment, events, media, or influencer marketing ecosystem.

A strong and relevant network of brand, agency and corporate contacts is essential.

Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Ability to craft impactful proposals and business pitches.

Highly self-driven, entrepreneurial and passionate about entertainment and brand marketing.

Willingness to travel across regions for client meetings, events and activations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
