Business Developer Manager

You are required to join our core team as a dynamic, result-driven, and customer-focused individual. Your main responsibilities will include lead generation, client meetings, site visits, sales closures, and contributing to the development of a premium real estate brand in Ujjain. Your key responsibilities will involve generating leads through various online and offline channels, professionally managing walk-ins and inbound inquiries, scheduling and conducting site visits and product presentations, following up with potential customers to close deals, coordinating with CRM and telecalling teams for smooth operations, maintaining daily reporting and client records, participating in marketing campaigns, events, and exhibitions, understanding customer needs to suggest suitable plot options, and meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 13 years of experience in real estate, insurance, or direct sales. However, freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Hindi and basic English communication is required. You should possess confidence in fieldwork and face-to-face interactions, be self-driven, punctual, and target-oriented. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel would be preferred. Additionally, having a vehicle and smartphone is mandatory. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift scheduling and a performance bonus. The work location will be in person.,
