As a Sales and Business Development Manager in the domain of B2B Sales, Corporate Sales for Diagnostic centers, Hospitals, and Healthcare, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Conducting Market Analysis and Research specific to the products - Scanning, profiling, and prospecting potential clients - Creating presentations tailored to meet client requirements - Organizing and conducting client meetings across India, along with timely follow-ups - Drafting commercial proposals and agreements - Generating and maintaining leads effectively - Achieving sales closures to meet targets - Building and nurturing client relationships for long-term partnerships - Ensuring Month-over-Month growth in both business and personal development To excel in this role, you are required to possess the following qualifications and skills: - Graduation in any stream is compulsory - Post Graduation in PGDM, MBA, or MA is preferred - Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English, with proficiency in local or third language as an added advantage - Strong work ethics and commitment towards achieving goals - Prior experience in Business Development and Sales, with a hunger for acquiring and retaining clients - Proficiency in client management - A keen and quick learner attitude - Willingness to travel across India for business purposes This full-time position requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Medical Sales (excluding medicines) within the specified work domain.
