Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and result-driven Business Development Manager to expand the company’s market presence, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. The BDM will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and converting leads into long-term business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
• Conduct product presentations, meetings, and follow-ups with potential customers.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.
• Maintain reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue achievements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Manufacturing/Industrial B2B preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driving license preferred.
