Key Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between management, clients, and internal teams.
• Coordinate business activities, meetings, and follow-ups with clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Track progress of projects and business initiatives; update management regularly.
• Support business development team with lead tracking, client communications, and documentation.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records of business operations, leads, and performance data.
• Help in planning and executing growth initiatives and process improvements.
• Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience as a Business Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
