Mandatory Skills:

POSITION OVERVIEW : Business Consulting - IAM Technical Specifics include:

• Design and implement robust IAM solutions for secure user access across digital platforms

• Develop and enforce IAM policies and champion their adoption

• Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate IAM solutions with other systems

• Support risk assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities

• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance

• Identify and deliver automation opportunities and continuous improvements for IAM systems

• Provide strategic guidance and expertise on IAM-related issues and security practices.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• Total of 8-10 years' experience

• PowerShell Scripting

• Strong Entra ID/Azure AD knowledge. (2-3 yrs)

• In-depth Active Directory experience

• Strong PKI (MS-PKI, DigiCert PKI, AWS, Entra certificates) engineering/architecture experience

• Tests and evaluates existing IT systems and performs regular maintenance to ensure that IT Services operate correctly.

Cloud-Specific Skills

• Cloud PKI Services:

o AWS: ACM (Certificate Manager), KMS, CloudHSM

o Azure: Key Vault, Azure AD Certificate Services

o Google Cloud: Certificate Authority Service, Cloud KMS

• Cloud Security Architecture: Designing PKI solutions that integrate with IAM, workload identity, and zero trust models.

• Automation & IaC: Using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates to deploy PKI components.

• API Integration: Working with REST APIs for certificate issuance and management.

• Monitoring & Logging: Integration with cloud-native tools like AWS CloudTrail, Azure Monitor, or GCP Logging.

On-Premises Skills

• Microsoft AD CS: Deep experience with Enterprise CA, Subordinate CA, and standalone CA setups.

• HSM Integration: Working with Thales, Entrust, or SafeNet HSMs for secure key storage.

• Enterprise Certificate Management: Tools like Venafi, DigiCert ONE, AppViewX, or Keyfactor.

• Network Security: Understanding of firewalls, DMZs, and secure PKI deployment zones.

• Compliance & Auditing: Familiarity with NIST, FIPS 140-2, PCI-DSS, and internal audit requirements.”
