Business Architect

Role : Business Architect Total Experience : 12 -16 years Job Location : Bengaluru Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning Develop and maintain a comprehensive business architecture framework aligning it with the organizations strategic goals Current State Assessment Analyze the organizations current state to identify opportunities for improvement and align business processes with strategic goals Business Modeling Create and maintain business capability models value stream maps and other artifacts that illustrate the organizations structure and processes Solution Design Define and design business solutions structures and processes to achieve organizational objectives Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with various stakeholders including business leaders IT professionals and other architects to gather requirements manage expectations and ensure alignment Business Case Development Develop business cases to justify investments in new technologies or processes ensuring that solutions deliver tangible business value Process Improvement Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve overall business performance Governance and Compliance Ensure that business architecture is compliant with industry standards and regulations and that it supports the organizations governance framework Skills and Qualifications Strong understanding of business processes organizational structures and strategic planning Experience with business architecture frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF or Zachman Framework Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in business modeling and diagramming tools Knowledge of relevant technologies and their application to business solutions Experience with business case development and financial analysis Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills Mandatory Skills : Business Architecture, Business Process Design, Mapping Show more Show less
