About the Role:

Manage and optimize the live ESG solution on the Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability and MS Power Platform, ensuring its continuous high performance, stability, and scalability since its go-live. This role requires deep proficiency in Microsoft Sustainability Manager, Power Apps, Power Automate, flows, MS Fabric, and related tools, as well as knowledge of Azure components. The primary focus is on operational excellence and enhancement of the existing ESG solution, while also leveraging AI and machine learning capabilities to implement advanced, intelligent automation workflows for data processing, reporting, and predictive analytics.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and administer the Power Platform within the organization, with an initial focus on the ESG Solution, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the ESG Solution and prepare for future expansion to other applications on the Power Platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to any components of MS Cloud for Sustainability, MS Power Platform and components, MS Fabric components, involved MS Azure resources, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Enhance and extend existing Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse components to meet evolving business requirements and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with other IT team members and stakeholders to optimize the use of the Power Platform.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and updates in the Power Platform and its applications.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-based automation solutions using tools like AI Builder, Copilot, and intelligent agents within the Power Platform to enhance existing business processes, implement predictive capabilities, and drive intelligent insights.
• Provide advanced L2/L3 end-user support and continuous improvement training and documentation for the live platform features.
• Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the business, identifying new opportunities for intelligent automation and platform adoption that will maximize ROI from the existing solution.
• Responsible for maintaining the ESG solution developed on the Microsoft platform, which includes various components built on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, MS Fabric and more. This role requires continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in working on MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.)
• Hands-on experience in implementing AI-based automation/solutions to enhance live business processes
• Experience with Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability, specifically on Microsoft Sustainability Manager and Sustainability data solutions in Fabric, is a plus. Experience with Azure services is also beneficial.
• Knowledge on any ESG Solution is a plus.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Azure DevOps experience
