Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst specializing in Power BI, your role will involve transforming raw data into actionable insights and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for creating compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide clear visual insights into key business metrics. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for reporting and dashboards. - Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. - Creating and optimizing data models to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and scalability within Power BI. - Troubleshooting and resolving performance issues with dashboards, reports, and data sources. - Presenting findings and insights to various teams in a clear and compelling manner. - Ensuring data integrity and quality through regular checks and validations. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on data visualization and reporting. - Hands-on experience with Power BI, including advanced knowledge of DAX, M-Query, and Power Query. - Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and manipulation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
