Responsibilities
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and implementing solutions with Gap Analysis and Attention to detail.
Interact with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements.
Work with multiple teams in the organization, like the Design Team, Development Team, Quality Assurance Team, and Project Management Team, to ensure smooth SDLC.
Create a Work Breakdown Structure and Proposal documents after scope confirmation from the client and obtain estimates from the development team.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and change management.
Staying up-to-date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
A strong understanding of current Generative AI and Vision AI technologies and their practical applications will be considered a significant advantage.
Perform market analysis and research on competitors’ products, softwares, or strategies to provide insights that can drive product or business improvements.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Performing requirements analysis.
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports and minutes of the meeting.
Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
Assist in implementing new processes and ensuring user adoption.
Desired Candidate Profile
1+ years as a business analyst working on software development projects.
A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or an MBA.
Good technical and excellent documentation skills.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Slides.
Good knowledge on AI tools, Generative AI, and vision AI concepts.
Proficiency in Gap Analysis and Attention to detail.
Ability to create clear user stories, workflows, wireframes, and functional documentation.
Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, agile methodologies, and process optimization.
A basic understanding of APIs, web services, and system integrations can be valuable.
