Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst with strong business development skills to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst with Business Development skills, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and ensuring that technology solutions align with strategic objectives. Responsibilities: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Gather and document detailed business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness. Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, data models, and other documentation. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and build consensus. Collaborate with development teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time. Perform data analysis and reporting to provide valuable insights for decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
