Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail oriented and technically proficient Business Analyst with experience in API integrations to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring API based solutions align with strategic business goals. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to API integrations and digital solutions. Translate business needs into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria using tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps (ADO). Analyze current systems and processes, identify gaps, and propose scalable API-based solutions. Work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams during the SDLC to ensure seamless integration and implementation. Design and document API specifications. Assist in testing APIs (e.g., Postman) to validate business requirements are met. Support change management processes and create user documentation or training as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years exp. with Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on API-driven projects. Proven experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), or similar tools for requirements management and Agile delivery Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web service integration concepts. Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar. Familiarity with API documentation standards (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI). Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
