Job Description

Role Overview: As an Associate Business Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the supply chain operations. Your main responsibility will be creating and maintaining master data in SAP and Winshuttle while adhering to established business processes and rules. You will handle Change Requests (CR-cases) and Development Requests (DV) related to master data creation. Additionally, you will be involved in managing material master data across the product life cycle, identifying process improvement opportunities, managing stakeholder relationships effectively, and contributing to training and onboarding of new joiners. Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain master data for raw, semi-finished, and finished goods in SAP ECC and Winshuttle - Perform data cleansing and ensure accuracy and efficiency in managing material master data - Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance supply chain operations - Manage stakeholder relationships effectively to ensure smooth workflow - Contribute to training and onboarding of new joiners in master data management Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, production, mechanical engineering, or equivalent - 5 to 7 years of experience within SAP master data, preferably in pharma or supply chain industry - Proficiency in S/4HANA, Winshuttle, SAP ECC, and Master Data Management - Good understanding of supply chain concepts and proficient in Microsoft Office - Experience in automation with advanced Excel or ETL knowledge Novo Nordisk Additional Details: The Supply Chain department at Novo Nordisk focuses on business through offshoring and aims to consolidate Supply Chain activities across the organization.
