Job Description

Requirements Gathering & Analysis. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand their data requirements. Translate business needs into clear, actionable data analytics requests. Define key metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements to align with business goals. Data Translation:Convert business requirements into technical specifications that can be used by data analysts and data engineers. Act as the intermediary between non-technical business users and the technical team, ensuring clear communication. Reporting & Data Insights:Assist in the creation of regular reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc queries using various analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL).Present data insights to stakeholders in a clear, easy-to-understand manner, often translating complex data points into strategic recommendations. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with other departments such as IT, marketing, sales, and finance to ensure alignment and proper data flow across the organization. Assist in training business users to interpret and utilize analytics tools and reports.
