Roles and Responsibilities Product Training for New joiners. Conduct new hire training. Conducting refresher training session & skill development programs Regular coaching as per training needs. Performance evaluation of trainees. Conducting Sales Training at regular intervals of time. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate with 4-6 years of experience as a trainer/sales or process trainer. Candidate should be open to travel. Should be presentable. Good communication skills & having good command on PPTs preparation. Candidate should be OK for 6 days working.
