Experience Level: Business Analyst Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing business processes, defining business requirements, and working closely with stakeholders to develop technological solutions that drive operational improvements. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring that business operations are both efficient and aligned with the organization s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities 1. Experience and Domain Knowledge Minimum of 1 year of experience in the BFSI sector , with a strong understanding of API integration processes. Ensure seamless connectivity and efficient data exchange between various systems. 2. Requirement Gathering & Analysis Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements. Analyze business processes, workflows, and needs to identify areas for improvement. Translate business requirements into actionable and clear technical specifications . 3. Process Improvement Assess existing business processes and workflows to identify potential areas for optimization and enhancement. Work with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and implement process improvements. Contribute to the design and development of new business solutions aimed at increasing operational efficiency. 4. Data Analysis & Reporting Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that can influence business decisions. Design and maintain regular business reports and dashboards to track performance and progress. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on the analysis of data. 5. Stakeholder Management Act as a liaison between business teams and IT departments, ensuring that project goals and priorities are aligned. Communicate project progress, risks, and updates to key stakeholders regularly. Coordinate with project managers to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects. 6. Testing & Quality Assurance Assist in the creation of test plans and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems or process implementations. Ensure that the solutions delivered meet business requirements and adhere to established quality standards. 7. Documentation Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD) , Functional Specifications , and User Guides . Keep records of business processes, system configurations, and requirements up to date. Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of business processes in the BFSI sector . Experience with API integration and data exchange between systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create reports and dashboards. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience in creating business and functional documentation (BRDs, user guides, etc.). Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous process improvement and optimization. Notice Period: Less than 30 days.
