Job Title : Business Analyst (Transformation Specialist) Experience : 0 to 2+ years (Freshers are Welcome) Location : Rajkot (Metoda Area), Gujarat Employment Type : Full-Time Work Mode : On-Site (2nd & 4th Saturdays are Off) Compensation : Up to 4 LPA Job Brief One of our esteemed clients is looking for a Business Analyst who enjoys solving problems and making things better. In this role, you will work with different companies to help improve how they operate. You will study their data, identify areas that need change, and suggest smart solutions. You will also communicate with clients and team members to plan and track progress. There will be one meeting every month at the Ahmedabad head office. Travel from Rajkot to Ahmedabad takes about 3 hours (200 km), and travel costs will be reimbursed. Responsibilities Study data to find problems or ways to improve. Talk with clients to understand their needs. Plan and manage small projects. Work with the team to create and use new ideas. Share progress updates clearly and on time. Help guide team members when needed. Qualifications Good with numbers and finding patterns in data. Clear and friendly in speaking and writing. Able to manage projects and lead small teams. Open to different ideas and ways of working. Fluent in English and Hindi (other languages are a plus). Degree: MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Finance (preferred, not required).
