Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Analyst to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to develop their analytical skills, work with data, and contribute to business decision-making. The Analyst will assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze data to support business decisions.
Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Work with different teams to understand data requirements and provide insights.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
Support senior analysts and managers in research and problem-solving.
Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
