Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst Trainee role located in Noida. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to understand and streamline business processes, and identifying areas for improvement. You will support project teams in executing solutions, creating reports, and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and solve problems effectively
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, including the ability to evaluate and define business requirements
• Excellent Communication skills for interaction with stakeholders and teams
• Understanding of Business Processes and the ability to devise improvements
• Knowledge of how to gather, analyze, and document Business Requirements
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field
