Business Analyst - Trade Finance Domain

As a Trade Finance Specialist, you are expected to have in-depth knowledge of Commodity/Trade Finance, including Letter of Credit, Documentary Collections, Guarantees, Collaterals, Loans, and Commissions. It is essential for you to possess knowledge of Risk and Compliance related to Banking and Trade Finance, along with a good understanding of Trade Finance principles. Your responsibilities will include: - Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements to accurately reflect customer needs. - Documenting and reviewing BRDs, FSDs, and User Stories while collaborating closely with Business and Operations stakeholders for customer requirement analysis. - Advising customers based on product capabilities and best practices, leveraging reuse where applicable. - Providing and designing holistic and integrated high-level solutions that align with customer business needs, production operability, and budget. - Actively participating in formal and informal reviews with stakeholders, offering technical perspective and support based on knowledge and experience. - Communicating the solution with customers" business and IT personnel, explaining the new details of solutions and their impact on business processes. - Ensuring customers understand the solution by addressing all open questions and action items. - Supporting customers during the scoping phase in a specific domain up to and including customer sign off. - Preparing solution-related documents and specifications, configuring the solution, and creating, executing, and maintaining accurate and detailed test plans for testing when applicable. - Supporting the resolution of configuration/implementation related issues as needed.
