Business Analyst (3-5 Years Experience) Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing data, and supporting strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops. Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. Translate requirements into functional specifications for technical teams. Support project implementation and user acceptance testing. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
