Job Title: Business Analyst Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 2+ years Location: Bangalore- 6 days working We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can take charge of reporting, data analysis, and insights generation across various business functions like Sales, Service, HR, and more. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Work across departments like Sales, Service, Lead Generation, Training, HR, etc., handling end-to-end MIS reporting. Create and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and dashboards. Generate actionable insights from performance data to support business decision-making. Prepare ad hoc reports as required by different business units. Maintain and enhance reporting systems using Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboarding tools. Proficient into Advanced EXCEL , Formulas Stake holder management Strong command over spreadsheets/Google Sheets and MS Excel. Experience in data visualization tools (Metabase, Data Studio) is an added advantage. Excellent communication skills in English and/or regional language. Proactive, motivated, and agile with a growth mindset.
