Job Description – Business Analyst
Requirement Gathering:
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, define, and document data and analytics requirements; translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
Data & Analytics Understanding:
Basic understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and data models; familiarity with key Azure components (Data Factory, Synapse, SQL, Power BI) and Databricks-based analytics.
API & Integration Awareness:
Understand how data flows between systems via APIs and integration points within the Azure ecosystem.

Data Visualization & Reporting:
Collaborate on report/dashboard requirements; experience working with Power BI or similar tools to define KPIs and reporting needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Bridge communication between business teams and technical teams; facilitate workshops, grooming sessions, and sprint planning.
Agile & DevOps Practices:
Experience in Agile environments; create and manage user stories and tasks using Azure DevOps; participate in stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
