Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements related to life insurance products and processes
Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for new projects and system enhancements
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories for IT teams

Process & Solution Design

Lead workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to map and optimize business processes
Ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives, regulatory frameworks, and operational workflows

Testing & Quality Assurance

Support user acceptance testing (UAT) including test planning, scenario creation, and defect tracking
Liaise with QA and IT teams to ensure the delivered solution meets business expectations

Project Coordination & Reporting

Monitor project progress, flag risks, and recommend mitigation plans
Prepare business cases, dashboards, and progress reports for senior stakeholders

Industry & Regulatory Awareness

Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory updates, and technological advancements in the insurance sector
Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending best practices and innovations
