Hiring

Business Analysts

to analyze requirements, translate them into actionable insights, and ensure smooth communication between the teams.

Salary

: INR 12,00,000 - 18,00,000 / year (based on experience)

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for CCaaS solutions.
Analyze and optimize contact center workflows for automation and efficiency.
Create UAT test cases, assist in deployment, and ensure successful implementation.
Work cross-functionally to align technical design with business objectives.

Eligibility

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Analyst
Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
Basic understanding of SQL / Excel for data analysis
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
