Experience in Oracle EBS (Technical) experience with R12 (R12.1.3/ R 12.2.x) Must have rich development experience in the D2K Form Development Must have rich development experience in the Oracle Apex Development Must have rich development experience in the EBS environment in Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow (RICEW), and WebADI. Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, and conversions using tools like PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and Oracle Reports. Analyze and resolve technical issues related to Oracle applications. Good understanding of SDLC processes. Experience on EBS Modules with knowledge of backend tables and APIs and aware of key module functionalities. Good spoken and written communication skills and should be able to work independently with clients. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in Oracle Forms D2K, Oracle Apex, and Oracle EBS is Mandatory Proven experience with Oracle EBS R12 (or latest versions) and technical architecture. Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow. Familiarity with database design, performance tuning, and data modeling. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Oracle DBA Technical Architect gurugram 10 - 20 years INR 20.0 - 30.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle DBA Lead to take on a Technical Architect role. This senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing the design, delivery, and management of enterprise-level Oracle database solutions. The Candidate is required to have a deep technical background in Oracle databases, experience in managing DBA teams, and expertise in architecting scalable and high-performing solutions. As an Oracle DBA Lead, you will play a key role in guiding technical teams, managing Oracle database environments, ensuring best practices, and architecting innovative solutions for our clients. You will be the technical authority for all Oracle DBA-related activities and will drive excellence across project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and architecture of Oracle database solutions, ensuring they meet client needs for performance, scalability, security, and reliability. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to create Oracle database strategies that align with business objectives. Evaluate new Oracle technologies, tools, and practices to improve database management and system performance. Lead and mentor a team of Oracle DBAs, providing technical guidance, leadership, and support for ongoing development. Manage and coordinate the activities of the DBA team to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of database solutions. Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals for professional development, and ensure continuous knowledge sharing and learning within the team. Oversee the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle database systems for complex enterprise applications. Ensure adherence to best practices in database management, including performance tuning, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures. Manage the entire delivery lifecycle of Oracle database projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met. Identify and mitigate risks associated with database systems and project delivery. Lead efforts to ensure optimal performance, availability, and scalability of Oracle databases in production environments. Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance issues, database failures, and operational challenges. Proactively recommend and implement tuning strategies for databases to meet business requirements. Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring high-level technical advice, support, and direction on Oracle database matters. Engage in client-facing activities such as workshops, presentations, and solution demos. Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into effective database solutions. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle databases, including extensive knowledge of architecture, configuration, and optimization. Proven leadership experience, with a strong track record of managing technical teams and delivering Oracle database solutions. In-depth experience with high-availability Oracle solutions (RAC, Data Guard, GoldenGate, etc.), cloud-based Oracle platforms (OCI), and Oracle Exadata environments. Extensive experience in performance tuning, database migrations, backups, recovery, and troubleshooting. Experience in managing large-scale database projects, particularly in complex and mission-critical environments. Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Database technologies, including Oracle 19c/21c, RAC, ASM, Data Guard, GoldenGate, and SQL tuning. Proficiency with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Cloud databases. Familiarity with automation tools and database management frameworks. Expertise in database security and compliance (encryption, auditing, user management). Knowledge of scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or SQL for database automation and management.
