Qualifications and Requirements:

Proficient in preparing BRD, FRS, NFRS, and creating flowcharts, process maps, and diagrams (e.g., Sequence, UML).
Experienced with tools like Microsoft Office, Visio, Lucid chart, or similar for documentation and diagrams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to propose tailored solutions.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Knowledge of ERP and CRM solutions and their industry-specific applications.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Understanding of Business Process methodologies

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with sales to understand client needs and propose technical solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM).
Prepare presentations, proposals, and technical demos to support sales efforts.
Conduct client meetings to gather and document business requirements.
Prepare BRD, FRS, NFRS, and create use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work with development team to ensure clear understanding of client requirements.
Create process flowcharts and workflows for project execution and provide ongoing support.
Maintain professional communication with clients for updates and feedback.
Document client insights to improve future proposals.
Stay updated on industry trends and identify business opportunities.
Customize solutions to address unique industry challenges.
