Job Description

  • Gather and document business requirements through client interactions, workshops, and research.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, testing, and implementation to ensure accurate solution delivery.
  • Prepare functional specifications, workflows, and user documentation.
  • Participate in product demonstrations and client training sessions.
  • Assist in project planning, monitoring progress, and ensuring timelines are met.
  • Support quality assurance processes by validating solutions against requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and translate business needs into functional requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools is an added advantage.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply
