Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. The role involves client interaction, requirement gathering, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with clients to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), user stories, workflows, and use cases.
Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
Conduct requirement analysis sessions, workshops, and client presentations.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
Ensure proper documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance business efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and documentation.
Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
