Business Analyst - RPA Finance

In your role at Zoetis India Capability Center (ZICC) in Hyderabad, as part of the Zoetis Tech & Digital (ZTD) Global ERP organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the analysis, documentation, and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, contributing to process design and optimization, and ensuring seamless integration and collaboration within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, understand, and document business requirements related to process automation. Ensure alignment of requirements to user expectations throughout the project. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including process definition documents, test plans/test cases, business models, and user guides. - Practice Agile framework including Scrum updates, JIRA boards, impediment identification and resolution, project tracking, and change management principles. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field with a technology discipline. - 1-2 years of experience in a similar role supporting business analysis or process automation. - Solid understanding of key concepts related to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Digital Transformation, and project management. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills. - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. In addition to the above, you will be working in a dynamic team environment at ZICC, collaborating with cross-functional teams that include Project Managers, Functional/Technical SMEs, Developers, Product Owners, Compliance Specialists, Zoetis Business Owners, and Managed Service Providers. The role requires availability to work between 1pm IST to 10pm IST hours with a minimum of 3 hours of overlap with the US ET Time zone. Technical Skills Requirements: Required: - Automation tools: Primarily UiPath Suite (Orchestrator, UiPath Studio) - Project management platforms: Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence - ERP Systems: SAP portfolio Preferred: - Fundamental knowledge of industry-leading technologies and concepts like Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, GenAI, Document Understanding, Agentic Automation, Python, VBA, Power Automate, APIs. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., GitHub). - Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure.,
