Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications for the technical team.
• Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to support business objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and operations.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports, process flows, and documentation.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with tools like MS Excel, JIRA, Power BI, or similar.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Added Advantage:

• Experience in the
