Strong financial modeling skills DCF, IRR, NPV, cash flow forecasting
High proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision-making
Effective communicator with excellent presentation skills
Ability to manage investor communications, data rooms, and transaction documentation
Strong research capabilities in market trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitive intelligence
Exposure to feasibility studies, due diligence, and business case evaluation
Ownership mindset with strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills

Conduct in-depth financial analysis and build detailed valuation models for real estate deals
Assist in preparing pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations
Support transaction execution, coordinate with investors, and manage stakeholder communication
Lead or support due diligence and feasibility assessments for investment opportunities
Provide market research, pricing benchmarks, and analysis of deal activity across key geographies
Collaborate with C-Suite leadership on special projects and strategic initiatives
Gain end-to-end exposure to the deal cycle from origination to closure

Qualifications

:

MBA / CA or Masters degree in Finance, Business, or related fields
1 to 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Valuation, or Consulting
Prior exposure to real estate transactions is preferred
