What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the Founder to

• Create

  digital and physical designs

  : social campaigns, product packaging, websites, investor decks, event materials.
• Keep a

  consistent brand vibe

  while experimenting with fresh, creative ideas.
• Collaborate with marketing and analytics to design

  with context and purpose

• Tell stories visually — designs that not only look beautiful but also connect and inspire.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years of

  design experience

  (agency, startup, D2C brand, or freelance with a strong portfolio).
• Skilled in

  Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva

  .
• Understands the basics of

  marketing and audience

  — why we design, not just what we design.
• Strong aesthetic eye, creative thinker, optimistic energy.
• Comfortable working

  close to the Founder

  in a fast-moving, high-creative environment.
