Job Overview

Business Analyst & Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the

    full project lifecycle

    — from requirements gathering and planning to delivery and post-implementation review.
  • Gather, analyze, and document

    business requirements, workflows, and process improvements

    .
  • Translate

    business and technical requirements

    into detailed project plans and actionable deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with

    developers, designers, QA

    , and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and successful implementation of project objectives.
  • Define project

    scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans

    , ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate Agile ceremonies

    (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) and adapt methodologies as needed for project success.
  • Monitor project progress, manage

    risks and dependencies

    , and proactively resolve issues.
  • Ensure developed solutions adhere to

    architectural standards, coding best practices

    , and quality benchmarks.
  • Communicate project updates and status reports regularly to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Drive

    continuous improvement

    and contribute to optimizing delivery processes across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    5–8 years of experience, with at least

    3+ years in Business Analysis

    and

    2+ years in Project Management

    , preferably in software development environments.
  • Strong understanding of

    frontend and backend technologies

    such as React, Python, Django, MySQL, PHP, and Node.js (preferred).
  • Proven experience managing

    Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodology

    projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like

    JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Git

    , and familiarity with

    CI/CD pipelines

    .
  • Excellent

    leadership, stakeholder management, and communication

    skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Certifications

    such as PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, or CSM are a plus.
