· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
· Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
· Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
· Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are well-understood and implemented effectively.
· Plan, execute, and deliver projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
· Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
· Manage project risks, dependencies, and change control processes.
· Communicate project status, risks, and progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
· 5+ years of combined experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager (or similar hybrid role).
· High proficiency in Excel, SQL, data analytics and database management.
· Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
· Excellent documentation, presentation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft tools project management tools (e.g., Visio, JIRA, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
· Certification such as PMP, CAPM, CBAP, CSM, or PRINCE2 is a plus.
