Expectations/Requirements (Process Engineering Focus)
Data Process Design & Automation:
Design and build processes for automated data extraction, report/dashboard automation, and aligning stakeholders onto a common platform to increase data visibility. Execute these processes with the operations team and define SLA & KPI for the Business Analysis & Opportunity Spotting: Conduct detailed business analysis, outlining problems and opportunities for the business by scrutinizing operational and analytical
growth & Enhance profitability:
Strong understanding of the business & ability to identify areas of focus/ opportunities to maximize business growth & enhance profitability
Performance Metrics Engineering:
Develop robust metrics and action points that can be used to drive in-house and external operations performance improvement and scalability decisions. Partner with operations teams (in-house and external) to identify and track appropriate performance measures, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and associated
Data Deployment:
Work with data-engineering and data science teams on designing, building, and deploying data analytics systems for large data sets and extracting meaningful data for the operations
Reporting & Automation:
Create reports, dashboards, and automation to provide insights to all stakeholders. Design dashboards for merchant communications and automate them to supplement the effort of internal
Targets:
