As a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst specializing in Private Banking and Wealth Management, your role involves utilizing your core BA skills and domain expertise to contribute effectively to the team. You will be responsible for conducting requirement elicitation, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation. Additionally, you will be proficient in business process modeling using BPMN and UML. Your role will involve writing BRD, FRD, Use Cases, and User Stories, along with a strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Your experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools will be crucial in this role. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Strong experience in requirement elicitation, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation. - Proficient in business process modeling (BPMN, UML). - Skilled in writing BRD, FRD, Use Cases, and User Stories. - Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus. - Certifications like CBAP, IIBA, CFA (Level 1+), or Agile BA certification are an advantage. - Previous experience working with wealth managers, relationship managers, or in a private bank/financial institution. Your domain expertise in Private Banking & Wealth Management is crucial for this role. You should have a strong understanding of investment products such as mutual funds, bonds, equities, and structured products. Knowledge of client onboarding, KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance in Wealth Management is essential. Familiarity with portfolio management systems, client advisory tools, and risk profiling will also be beneficial. Experience with CRM platforms, financial planning tools, and core banking systems relevant to Private Banking will further enhance your suitability for this position.,
